How accurate are these readings?

How is this different from a horoscope app?
A horoscope app reads one sign. Kalmanas reads your whole birth chart: the house lords, the yogas, the running dasha, and the divisional chart specific to your question. That is why two people born the same week get very different reports.
What if I do not know my exact birth time?
You still get a meaningful reading. The parts most sensitive to birth time (the Ascendant, house cusps, and some dasha details) are the ones to weigh more carefully, and you can refine the time later and regenerate.
