This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all paid subscription plans purchased on Kalmanas (www.kalmanas.com). We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction and offer a fair refund process in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Subscription Plans

Kalmanas offers the following paid plans:

  • Graha (Pro) — Monthly and annual billing options
  • Rishi (Premium) — Monthly and annual billing options

Current pricing is listed on our Pricing page. Indian users are billed in INR via Razorpay; international users are billed in USD via Stripe.

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@kalmanas.com from your registered email address. Please include "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line.

Effect of Cancellation

  • Your cancellation will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your request.
  • Your premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual).
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • After your billing period ends, your account will revert to the free tier. Your saved data will be retained.
  • You may re-subscribe at any time.

Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

Refund for Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using paid features, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days of your report, you are entitled to a full refund for the current billing period.

Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you are charged more than once for the same subscription period, or if an erroneous charge occurs, the duplicate/erroneous amount will be refunded in full.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Requests made after the 7-day money-back period for reasons other than technical issues.
  • Partial-month or partial-year refunds for cancellations made mid-billing-period (your access continues until the period ends).
  • Dissatisfaction with astrological interpretations or predictions (see our disclaimer in the Terms of Service).

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@kalmanas.com with the subject "Refund Request".
  2. Include your registered email address and the reason for your refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method (Razorpay or Stripe, as applicable).

Refund Processing

Refunds are credited to your original payment method:

  • UPI / Net Banking / Wallet (via Razorpay): 5–7 business days
  • Credit / Debit Card (via Razorpay): 5–10 business days
  • International Card (via Stripe): 5–10 business days

Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and are beyond our control.
